A scientific and practical conference dedicated to the Constitution Day was held

The Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University hosted a scientific and practical conference "The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the key to sustainable development of the state and society", dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the conference, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the University for Public Relations Abaybek Zhunusov spoke about the importance of our Law in the development of the country, amendments and additions to the Constitution.

- The Constitution is a document that forms the legal basis of the state. The integrity of the state, politics, socio-economic development of the country, respect for the rights of citizens, democratic values are grouped within the framework of this law. Over 28 years, a number of amendments and additions have been made to the Constitution. For Kazakhstan, striving for modern development, it is very important to adapt to the passage of time, - said Abaybek Talgatovich.

At the conference, Asylkhan Ashikov, First Deputy Head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) for the Kyzylorda region, stressed that the Law is the main document determining the directions of the country's development.

The meeting was attended by Candidate of Political Sciences of the Department of Philosophy and Socio-Humanitarian Disciplines of the university Yerbol Abenov, veteran of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, police Colonel, lawyer of the Bar Association of the Kyzylorda region, senior lecturer of the Department of Jurisprudence of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University Temirkhan Kanatbayev, compliance officer of the anti-corruption compliance Service of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University Alibek Zhappasbayev, Specialist in law Associate Professor of the PhD Department Ainur Isayeva.

The scientists dwelt in detail on the additions made to the Constitution over 28 years, discussed issues of protecting people's rights.

It should be noted that the event was organized by the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University together with the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) in the Kyzylorda region. Also during the conference, industry specialists were awarded in honor of the holiday.
