Student safety is in the spotlight

A meeting with students on the topic was organized in the Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University together with law enforcement officers: "Security of the educational environment, countering the ideology of terrorism and extremism."

At the meeting, explanatory work was carried out for university students on the topic: "What is Terrorism and actions to protect it", "Actions during evacuation".

During the meeting, Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work of the University Zhandos Bazartai noted that all conditions have been created at the university to ensure security measures.

-The development of youth immunity to extremism and terrorism, the formation of social behavior skills in accordance with civil society is one of the main tasks. To ensure security measures at the university, video surveillance systems, turnstiles, warning systems, alarm buttons are involved," Zhandos Nurtayevich noted.

In addition, the meeting was attended by the Inspector of the Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Kyzylorda region and the city of Baikonur, Major of National Security Murat Teleuov, Senior Engineer of the Emergency Response Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyzylorda region, Captain of Civil Protection Asylkhan Meirambekov, head of Anti-Terrorist work and military mobilization service Galymzhan Zharmakhanov.
