Foreign scientists met with students

At Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University, foreign scientists held lectures for students within the framework of the international scientific and practical conference "Mustafa Shokai and the process of integration of Turkic states at the present stage".

The meeting was attended by the chief researcher of the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Kahromon Rajabov, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after K.A.Yasavi Tursun Hazretali and the teaching staff of the educational institution and students.

During the lecture, Professor of the Kütahya Dumlupınar University, PhD Vecihi Sefa Fuat Hekimoglu elaborated on the merits of Mustafa Shokai to the country and his life.

"Some of Mustafa Shokai's materials published in the Yash Turkestan magazine have been translated into Kazakh with some errors. I suggest that the entire issue of the journal be translated into Kazakh and republished. I would like Kazakhs studying for doctoral studies in Turkey to take up this case. I write and speak Kazakh fluently, but literary translation of the text is a completely different thing," said Vecihi Sefa Fuat Hekimoglu.

At the end of the event, the scientists were asked questions, shared opinions, and suggestions.
