Accounting department

Tasks and functions:
- accounting and reporting, obligations and business transactions, based on approved forms of primary documents approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Development of forms of primary accounting documentation based on accounting standards, formation of complete and reliable information about business processes and financial results of the university;
- control over the availability and movement of property, the use of material, labor and financial resources in accordance with approved norms, standards and estimates;
- accrual and transfer of taxes to the republican and local budgets and preparation of a tax return;
- control of external obligations and financing;
- conducting analytical and synthetic accounting of financial and economic activities of the university
- accounting of fixed assets, working capital and monetary funds of the university, execution of the cost estimates of the university;
- control over the timely inventory of cash, inventory and settlements;
- provision of documentary reflection on the accounts of accounting and operations related to cash flow;  
- representation of the interests of the university in the relevant bodies when considering issues related to accounting, reporting and financial control;
- control over the execution of contracts concluded with partners for the implementation of joint programs;
- preparation of a general long-term accounting development plan;
- conclusion of direct contracts with enterprises, organizations, individuals to receive products, perform works and provide services;
