Main tasks:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of academic buildings and dormitories of the university in the learning process;
- Ensuring strict compliance and prevention of technical and fire safety in all conditions in academic buildings and dormitories of the university;
- To ensure the cleanliness of academic buildings and dormitories of the university, to carry out simple repairs;
- To ensure the clean, careful use and accounting of the material values contained in the accounting of the university;
- To provide timely and high-quality meals for students and working structures of the university;
- To ensure high-quality operation of vehicles at the expense of the university during its work, repair of their technical malfunctions and timely passage of technical control;
-In case of emergency situations (fires, anti-terrorism, etc.), provide the university staff with the necessary material and technical substances;

Main functions:
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation during the educational process of all academic buildings, dormitories and the military training ground of the university and the sports complex;
- Ensuring the internal and external cleanliness of the university buildings, carrying out construction repairs;
- Ensuring the safety of material assets in the university's warehouse in accordance with the standard;
- Qualitative perception of material and technical values obtained through a competition in the course of public procurement;
- High-quality acceptance of the works of commercial structures that carried out capital construction and other works of the university through a competition in the course of public procurement;
