Any student has the right to become a member of the club, as well as debate leaders work at each institute.

The goal of the club:

- development of students' oratorical qualities;

- increase of intellectual;

- promotes the preservation of speech, speech structure;

- in addition to teaching eloquence, it contributes to the formation of personality, the education of young people who are able to express their opinions in any environment;

- can reflect on various topics and give recommendations on solving current problems in society;

- teaches to fight against negative actions, preserving the state language, adhering to values of great educational importance, strengthening relations between students;

The political debate club "Akikat" conducts intra-university debate games in order to hone young participants in the discussion.

 The club's management promotes the demonstration of the game at the regional level for an exemplary game.  

The University supports students in participating in debate games held at the republican level, teaching them the rules of the game of debate games.
