The Student Legal Clinic

The Student Legal Clinic of  Kyzylorda  Korkyt Ata University  pursues the following goals in its activities:

- Providing free legal advice to citizens;

- Increasing the level of legal literacy and legal awareness of the population;

- Training students of the specialty “Jurisprudence” of  KKU  in practical professional skills in the field of jurisprudence, associated with the provision of legal advice to individuals;

- Promoting the education and formation of lawyers with a high level of legal awareness and legal culture, possessing practical skills.

Citizens are advised on issues of civil, labor, inheritance, housing, family, social security law, as well as other areas of law, with the exception of criminal and administrative law.

Consulting is carried out under the guidance of teachers from the Department of Law at the Institute of Economics and Law.
