«Sports Programming» club

The «Sports Programming» club was opened in 1998. The circle is attended by 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students of ЕР 6B06149 – "Information systems", 6B06150 – "Computer engineering and software" and 6B06152 – "Information security systems".

Purpose: acquisition by students of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of Olympiad programming, organization of independent work of students, familiarization with new information technologies and programming languages, preparation of students for participation in the Programming Olympiad, as well as work with new software products not included in the training plan.

The tasks of the circle:
-  to study the basic algorithms of discrete mathematics necessary for successful performance in Olympiads;
-  to instill skills of effective work in one of the programming environments common in the Olympiads;
-  provide additional practice in algorithmization, programming and testing.

Members of the circle annually participate in various Olympiads held both on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the Republican subject Olympiad among students of ЕP 6B06149–"Information Systems", 6B06150–"Computer engineering and software" and 6B06152-"Information security systems"
