Terms of winter transfer, restoration at the end of the 1st academic period of 2024-2025 academic year at Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University

List of required documents:

1. Application addressed to the rector of the educational institution where the students studies for permission to transfer to other educational institution, having received the written consent of the rector, signed and stamped (original) 
(In case of grant, it should be noted in the application that transferring takes place with the preservation of the grant, or indicate studying on a fee basis)
2. The original transcript (with a seal or electronic QR code)  
3. Certificate - UNT scores (copy) 
4. In case of grant, the Certificate of the grant holder (copy)
5. Certificate (diploma) with supplement to it (copy)
6. University license (copy)
7. Identity card (copy)

1. The original transcript (with a seal or electronic QR code)  
2. Certificate - UNT scores (original)
3. Certificate or diploma with supplement to it (original)
4. Copy of the identity card
5. Extract from the order of admission and expulsion

1. Document of education with supplement (original)
2. Document on the completed training programs (academic certificate or transcript)
3. A copy of the certificate or diploma (with supplement to it).
3.1. With translation and approved by a notary.
4. Exam results for admission to foreign educational organizations
5. Medical certificate of the prescribed form
6. Identity card (copy)
7. Extract from the order of admission or expulsion

-  An application addressed to the head of the university - the presence of the seal and signature of the head is mandatory - to get a copy of the certificate or diploma (with supplement to it) (office 201)

- University license (Department of Education)

To submit a copy of the application and a workaround sheet to the documentation department (office 302)
