Turkey: The University delegation got acquainted with the progress of the youth policy

The working trips of representatives of Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University to Turkey are continuing. They visited the Alanya Youth Center, where they got acquainted with the work of the center. It has more than 30 clubs working 24/7. Earlier, the delegation visited the Antalya Youth Center and watched a short film that took place at world festivals. 

The main goal of youth policy in Turkey is to introduce young people to sports, popularize crafts, provide young people with technological knowledge, control the rational use of their free time, and eliminate bad habits. 

During the visit, Deputy Chief Secretary of Akdeniz Gulsim Aktag University met with Kenan Ahmet Turkdogan, Rector of Alanya Aladin Keykubat University, the biggest higher educational institution in Alanya. During the meeting, issues of developing cooperation between the two universities, the implementation of a two-degree program, bilateral student exchange were discussed and agreements were reached on the implementation of joint projects. 

A tour of the university campus was also organized, which introduced the life of Turkish students in general. Turkish youth presented a special concert program, introduced the history of Turkish folk songs and musical instruments. At the same time, the youth of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University performed on dombra, demonstrating the art of the Kazakh people.
