Head of the Scientific and Educational Center for Chemical and Biological Research named after T. D. Kuanyshbayev

Main tasks:
1. Participation in the training of highly qualified pedagogical specialists-bachelors, scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in the field of chemistry and biology;
2. Participation in the improvement of educational programs developed at the Department of Biology, Geography and Chemistry, the development of joint educational programs with domestic and foreign universities;
3. Participation in the implementation of scientific and pedagogical, scientific and technological programs and projects, as well as conducting fundamental and applied research in the direction of the development of science;
4. In order to expand the scientific component and research principle in the educational process, the use of educational and scientific equipment of the Center in improving laboratory workshops of basic and professional chemical and biological disciplines;
5. Creation of an innovative environment for effective scientific and pedagogical activities of the teaching staff of the Institute of Natural Sciences;
6. Participation in the implementation of diploma, master's, dissertations РhD in order to involve creative youth in science, use the results of scientific activities in the educational process;
7. Assistance in the development of the mechanism of public and private partnership;
8. Effective use of the equipment of the center for scientific-pedagogical and scientific-technical research;
9. Participation in expanding relations within the Republic of Kazakhstan and with foreign scientific and educational centers in order to develop scientific, educational and scientific activities;

Main functions:
1. Development and implementation of a strategic development plan for REC;
2. Participation in improving the quality of training of highly qualified specialists at the level of educational programs of bachelor's, master's, doctoral studies of the department on the basis of REC;
3. Advanced training of government workers in education, science and industrial enterprises on the basis of REC.
4. Organization of research at a modern scientific, pedagogical and scientific and technical level, ensuring high efficiency of the work being done, timely and high-quality control of research work in accordance with the approved educational and technical tasks and programs;
5. Providing, if necessary, state registration of scientific and pedagogical, applied chemical and biological research, timeliness and reliability of reporting on research and development work submitted to the customer;
6. Development of the staffing table, approval of cost estimates for research and amendments to them;
7. Provision of services to interested third parties and enterprises for research;
8. Annual submission of a report on the work of REC;
