Head of the Recruitment Department and Career Center

Main functions:

- organizing career guidance activities for graduates of schools and colleges;

- conducting systematic work to attract applicants to second higher education and postgraduate programs;

- increasing the university’s student enrollment;

- creating and regularly updating a unified database of graduates of schools and colleges in the city of Kyzylorda, the city of Baikonur, and districts of the region;
- informing parents and prospective students about the university’s educational programs and identifying their academic interests;

- organizing career guidance visits to schools, colleges, industrial enterprises, and government institutions in the city of Kyzylorda, the city of Baikonur, and districts of the region;

- organizing visits and establishing partnerships with educational institutions in the city of Shymkent, Turkestan Region, and Aktobe Region;

- organizing international cooperation and career guidance visits through the “Otandastar” Foundation with countries of near and far abroad (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Iran, and the People’s Republic of China);

- cooperating with media and advertising agencies to disseminate information and develop promotional materials for prospective students using modern digital technologies;

- coordinating activities with the University Employers’ Council;

- creating and maintaining a database of employers, including HR contact details;

- cooperating with the regional Department of Social Protection and Employment;

- monitoring labor market demand for the university’s educational programs;

- providing information support for graduate employment activities on the university website, in mass media, and on social media platforms;

- conducting information and awareness-raising activities on the mandatory three-year employment obligation for graduates educated under the state educational grant and rural quota, as well as providing consultations to students;

- organizing participation of graduating students and university alumni in job fairs;

- organizing and coordinating the work of the “Upgrade” career development and advancement platform;

- enhancing the effectiveness of interaction between the university and the labor market.
