Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University announces a competition for the vacant position of Head of Сenter for career development and vocational education

To participate in the competition, the following documents should be submitted:

1) application for participation in the competition;  

2) a copy of the identity document of the participant of the Competition;

3) the track record of the participant of the competition with a 3x4 color photo;

4) copies of educational documents and appendices to them with the presentation of the originals for verification;

5) a copy of the document confirming employment, certified by the personnel service at the place (current or last) of work;

6) list of scientific papers and inventions (if available);

7) Form No. 075/u "Medical certificate (medical professional advisory opinion)" Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. RoK DSM-175/2020. (Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4, 2020 No. 21579) 

8) a certificate on the presence or absence of accounting information issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal offense by a person.

Failure to submit the complete set of documents in accordance with the list provided for in this paragraph is the basis for refusal in any form to accept the application.
The participant of the competition has the right to provide additional information concerning his education, professional level (a list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.

The Head of Сenter for career development and vocational education should know: Legislative, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and methodological materials for training and advanced training of personnel, the structure and staff of the organization, its profile, specialization and prospects for its development, personnel policy and strategy of the organization, the procedure for drawing up plans for training, retraining and advanced training of personnel, educational institutions plans and programs and other educational and methodological documentation, the organization of the employee training process, progressive forms, methods and means of training, the procedure for concluding contracts, methods for analyzing the effectiveness of training and advanced training, the organization of work on career guidance and professional selection, the procedure for accounting and reporting on training and advanced training, the basics of sociology, psychology and organization of labor, economics, organization of production and management, computer equipment, communications and connections, rules of their operation, labor legislation, rules of internal labor regulations, industrial sanitation, fire safety requirements.

Qualification requirements: Higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant specialty and work experience in training for at least 5 years.

Deadline for submission of documents: 02.09.2024 till 17:00. The date and place of the competition will be announced additionally.
