Dear colleagues!

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of RoK announces the competition “The best teacher of the university - 2024" (hereinafter – Competition).

To participate in the competition, candidates from among the full-time university teachers shall submit documents through the Information System of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

Attached are the "Rules for awarding the title of "The best teacher of the university" (hereinafter – Rules), approved by Order No. 124 of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2015.

To participate in the first stage of the competition, which will be held from November 1 to 11, 2024, candidates from among full-time university teachers submit the following documents through the information system of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (universitycontest2024.iac.kz.):

1) an application form for participation in the competition for the title “The best teacher of the university”, in accordance with Appendix 1 to these Rules;

2) information in accordance with qualitative and quantitative indicators, in accordance with Appendix 2 to these Rules;

3) annual work schedule according to Appendix 3 to these Rules;

4) personal sheet for personnel records;

5) a copy of the identity document.

Reception of appeals for the I stage of the competition will take place from November 12 to 15, 2024.

The II stage of the competition will be held from November 18 to December 13, 2024.

In addition, instructions on the use of the information system of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be published on the website universitycontest2024.iac.kz .
