Korkyt Kyzylorda University announces a competition for the vacant position of Head of the Recruiting Department and Career Center

To participate in the competition, the following documents should be submitted:

1) application for participation in the competition; 

2) a copy of the identity document of the participant of the Competition;

3) the track record of the participant of the competition with a 3x4 color photo;

4) a copy of the education document, with the original for verification;

5) a copy of the document confirming employment, certified by the personnel service at the place of work (current or former) ; 

6) list of scientific papers and inventions (if available);

7) form No. 075/u "Medical certificate (medical professional advisory opinion)", approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. RoK DSM-175/2020. (Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4, 2020 No. 21579);

8) a certificate on the presence or absence of accounting information issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal offense by a person.

Failure to submit the complete set of documents in accordance with the list provided for in this paragraph is the basis for refusal in any form to accept the application.

The participant of the competition has the right to provide additional information concerning his education, professional level (a list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.

The head of the recruiting department and the career center should know: the legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of work performed; the principles of effective information management; the procedure for registration, maintenance and storage of documentation related to the information support of the university; modern information and communication technologies (text editors, spreadsheets), principles of work on the Internet, ways of using multimedia equipment; psychology of communication, sociology and ethics of professional relations; fundamentals of labor legislation; rules of internal labor regulations; rules of safety and labor protection.
Qualification requirements: higher (or postgraduate) education in the specialty and work experience of at least 5 years.

The deadline for accepting documents: 17:00 on 11/04/2024, the date and place of the competition will be announced additionally.
