Kuanysh Saparbek: learning experience in Poland

Studying abroad is a great opportunity for personal growth and development. For Kuanysh Saparbek, a student of Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University, studying chemistry, this opportunity is being realized in Poland. Kuanysh is improving his studies at the University of Lodz under the academic mobility program.

Our hero, comparing the education system of Poland and Kazakhstan, noted the specific features of the teaching approach of the University of Lodz. "Individual classes for students are organized at the University of Lodz. This allows them to explore the subject more deeply. Despite the fact that there are no significant advantages in the educational program in Poland, equipping the laboratory with modern laboratory equipment creates favorable conditions for gaining experience," says Kuanysh.

The nature of Poland and the mentality of the local population made a special impression on him. While the rainy cloudy weather gave him the feeling that he was acting in a movie, the politeness and kindness of the Polish people contributed to his rapid adaptation to a new environment.

According to Kuanysh, student life in Poland is filled with freedom. The university often organizes various events, themed evenings and student meetings. The main problem that arose in a foreign country was the problem with the language. It was diffult to communicate with some people who didn't speak English.

The most memorable event was the joint celebration of the birthday of another Kazakh student. Interesting congratulatory moments left special memories. For a student studying chemistry, studying in Poland gives a significant boost to professional development. Since there is a high demand for chemical specialists in Kazakhstan, he plans to apply his knowledge in his country.

Kuanysh plays sports in his free time, listens to podcasts and on weekends prefers to travel to other countries and broaden his horizons.
