Cooperation between India and Kazakhstan is growing
With the support of the Svami Vivekananda Cultural Center at the Embassy of India in Kazakhstan, a yoga master class was organized for students at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.
The event was organized as a social activity and aimed at improving student health, stress management and stress prevention. The participants learned the basics of yoga and meditation and learned how to strengthen their health, reduce stress and improve their lifestyle.
The master class was initiated by an experienced yoga instructor, Vice President of the Thane Association, Ms. Snehal Kale from India.
Snehal Kale has a high professional qualification in the field of yoga, has a QCI 2 level certificate from the Ministry of AYUSH of India. In addition, Snehal received a Master's degree in Yoga Shastra from the Sanskrit University.
This event is a continuation of the promotion of mutual understanding and cooperation between India and Kazakhstan and the strengthening of ties between people through a dialogue of cultures between the countries.
It is worth noting that in November 2021, on the initiative of the Svami Vivekananda Cultural Center at the Embassy of India in Kazakhstan, master classes on Indian dance, music and yoga were held, and an Indian Book Corner was opened in the university library.
Snehal Kale's master class was organized by the International Center for Communication and Psychological Support.
