A meeting of the Board of Directors was held at Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University under the chairmanship of Toktybayev Toktar Duissenbekovich.

The meeting approved the Management report for 2024 of the development plan of the NJSC "Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata" for 2023-2029.

The Chairman of the Board reported on the successful implementation of the indicators in terms of the implementation of strategic directions and innovation support and internationalization of educational activities, the development of science and international cooperation, digitalization and modernization of infrastructure. In addition, promising directions for the development of the company have been identified.

The meeting reviewed the implementation of the company's sustainable development policy, the current state of the risk management process of NJSC "Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata" for the 4th quarter of 2024, as well as the report of the head of the Internal Audit Service for 2022-2025.

Based on the results of the monitoring of corporate documents, the Chairman proposed updating the regulatory documents based on the amendments to the Corporate Governance Code and other regulatory legal acts.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors emphasized the importance of adhering to the principles of corporate governance in order to enhance the sustainable development of the company and make effective and timely decisions.
