Lecture Dedicated to World Environment Day Held at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University

An open lecture titled "Environmental Protection and Its Organization" was held at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University in honor of June 5 — World Environment Day.

The lecture was delivered by Gulzat Askarova, Associate Professor of the educational program “Electric Power Engineering, Technosphere Safety, and Ecology.”

During the session, comprehensive information was presented on international best practices in the efficient use of natural resources, ensuring environmental safety, waste management, and environmental protection.

In addition, the lecture covered environmental legislation, principles of sustainable development, and strategies for addressing global environmental challenges.

The event was attended by students from the educational program “Ecology and Nature Management”.

The main goal of the lecture was to enhance students’ environmental literacy, promote a responsible attitude toward nature, and support the professional development of future environmental specialists.
