A Solemn Graduation Ceremony Held at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University

A solemn graduation ceremony was held at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University for the graduates of the Institutes of "Pedagogy and Traditional Art" and "Economics and Law".

This year, 2,579 students graduated from the university, including 2,336 under the bachelor’s program and 243 under the master’s program. 196 graduates were awarded diplomas with honors.

The event was opened with a congratulatory speech by the Chair of the Board – Rector of the university, Beibitgul Karimova. She wished the graduates success in their future endeavors and especially noted the dedicated efforts of the teaching staff.

The festive evening was attended by: Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and public figure Murat Abenov; Prosecutor of Kyzylorda Region Rizabek Ozharov; Deputy Akim of Kyzylorda Region and university graduate Shakhmardan Baymanov; Chair of the Board of Directors of the University, public figure, and PhD in Economics Yerlan Abil; Director of the Department of Public Procurement and Assets of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and member of the Board of Directors, Yernar Toktybaev; Director of the International LUPIC Project, Professor of the Seoul National University of Science and Technology, and external advisor to the Chair of the University Board, Mr. Jesoo Kim; Head of the Department for Quality Assurance in Education of Kyzylorda Region Galiya Dauletova; and Head of the Department of Culture, Archives, and Documentation Zhanmurat Seyilov.

During the event, graduates received their diplomas, and their academic achievements and active participation in university life were highlighted.
