Announcement of a Competition for Young Scientists’ Grant Funding for Scientific and/or Scientific-Technical Projects for 2026-2028

The Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of RK (hereinafter referred to as the Science Committee) announces a Competition for Young Scientists’ Grant Funding for Scientific and/or Scientific-Technical Projects for 2026-2028 in the following priority areas of science, according to the Competition documentation:

-          Ecology, Environment and Sustainable Use of Natural Resources;

-          Energy, Advanced Materials and Transport;

-          Advanced Manufacturing, Digital and Space Technologies;

-          Intellectual Potential of the Country;

-          Life Sciences and Health;

-          Sustainable Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex;

-          National Security and Defense, Biological Safety.

Competitive applications are submitted to the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of RK in electronic form, certified by the electronic digital signature of the scientific supervisor and the applicant, through the information system of «National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise» JSC at the following link: https://is.ncste.kz.

Start date of application submission– September 25, 2025.

Application submission deadline – October 25, 2025 (inclusive).
