«BEST UNIVERSITY TEACHER -2025» COMPETITION

Dear colleagues!

   The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the «Best University Teacher – 2025» competition (further -  competition).

    In order to participate in the competition, candidates from among the university's full-time teachers must submit their documents through the information system of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Here are attached the Rules of the «Best University Teacher» competition, approved by Order № 124 of the Acting Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2015.

To participate in the first stage of the competition, which will take place from November 3 to 14, 2025, full-time university teachers must submit the following documents through the information system of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (universitycontest2025.iac.kz): 

1) Application for participation in the competition for the title of «Best University Teacher» in the form specified in Appendix 1 to the Rules;

2) Information on qualitative and quantitative indicators in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Rules (data for the last 5 years: 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, except for items specifying specific dates);

3) Annual work schedule in accordance with Appendix 3 to the Rules (2025-2026 academic year);

4) Personal data sheet;

5) Copy of identity card.

The deadline for submitting appeals for the first stage of the competition is November 17-19.

The second stage of the competition will take place from December 1 to 12, 2025.

Additionally, instructions for using the information system of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be published on the website universitycontest2025.iac.kz.
