Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda university announces a competition for the vacant position of chief research employee in the project office at 0.5 full-time equivalent
To participate in the competition, the following documents must be submitted:
1) Application for participation in the competition;
2) Copy of the participant's identity document;
3) Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the participant with a 3x4 cm color photograph;
4) Copies of education documents and their supplements, with originals presented for verification;
5) Copy of a document confirming employment history, certified by the HR department at the current (or most recent) place of work;
6) Presentation of a project on an educational program for filling vacant positions of teaching staff or a project of research work for filling vacant positions of researchers (in electronic form, no more than 7 slides) and an online lesson for teaching staff positions with an online version attached on electronic media.
7) List of scientific works and inventions (if any);
8) Form № 075/y «Medical Certificate (professional medical opinion)» Order of the Acting Minister of Health of RK dated October 30, 2020 № DSM-175/2020 RK (Registered with the Ministry of Justice of RK on November 4, 2020 № 21579)
9) Certificate of the presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office of RK regarding the commission of a criminal offense by a person.
Submission of an incomplete package of documents according to the list provided in this paragraph is grounds for rejection of the application in free form.
The competition participant has the right to submit additional information regarding their education, professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.
The chief research employee must know: The main scientific problems and achievements in the field of their research, current trends in the development of their field of activity, domestic and international achievements in the subject of research, modern methods and means of planning and conducting scientific research, the basics of marketing and legislation on science, the organization of labor, production and management, labor legislation; as well as labor protection and fire safety regulations. Legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan related to the work performed; principles of effective information management; procedures for preparing, maintaining, and storing documentation related to the university's information support activities; modern information and communication technologies (word processors, spreadsheets), principles of working on the Internet, techniques for using multimedia equipment; basics of communication psychology, sociology, and ethics of professional relations; basics of labor legislation; internal labor regulations; safety and labor protection rules.
Qualification requirements: Higher or postgraduate education in a relevant field, a doctoral degree (Doctor of Science), candidate of science degree, or PhD. At least 10 years of work experience in the specialty. Presence of major scientific works, patents, and practical results in the relevant field of knowledge.
Application deadline: November 20, 2025, until 5:00 PM. The date and location of the competition will be announced later.
