A competition for the position of the editorial and publishing department deputy head announced

1) Application to participate in the competition;

2) Copy of the document proving the identity of the competition participant;

3) Track record of the competition participant with a 3x4 color photograph;

4) Copies of education documents and attachments thereto, with the originals presented for verification;

5) A copy of a document confirming employment, certified by the personnel department at the place of (current or last) employment;

6) A list of scientific works and inventions (if any);

7) Form № 075/y «Medical Certificate (Professional Medical Opinion)» Order of the Acting Minister of Healthcare of RK dated October 30, 2020 № DSM-175/2020 RK. (Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4, 2020 № 21579)

8) Certificate of the presence or absence of information in the records issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of RK on the commission of a criminal offense by a person.

Submission of an incomplete set of documents according to the list provided for in this clause shall be grounds for refusal to accept the application in any form.

The participant in the competition has the right to submit additional information regarding his education, professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of their previous place of work), as well as documents confirming their work experience and qualifications.

The deputy head must know: the fundamentals of editorial and publishing work; legislative and other regulatory legal acts of RK, guiding materials related to editorial and publishing activities; labor organization; labor legislation; labor protection rules and norms.

Qualification requirements for the deputy head: higher (or postgraduate) education in a relevant specialty and at least 5 years of work experience in the specialty.

Deadline for document submission: November 23, 2025, by 17:00. The date and place of the competition will be announced later.
