Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Senior specialist of the Infrastructure solutions department (for the period of temporary replacement of an absent employee)

To participate in the competition, applicants must submit the following documents:
1) an application for participation in the competition;
2) a copy of an identity document of the competition participant;
3) a service record of the participant with a color photograph sized 3×4 cm;
4) copies of educational diplomas and their supplements, with originals provided for verification;
5) a copy of a document confirming work experience, certified by the HR department at the current or most recent place of employment;
6) a list of scientific publications and inventions (if available);
7) Form №075/u “Medical certificate (Medical professional advisory conclusion)” approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 №DSM-175/2020 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4, 2020, №21579) RK;
8) a certificate on the presence or absence of criminal records issued by the Committee on legal statistics and special records of the General prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Submission of an incomplete set of documents in accordance with the list specified above constitutes grounds for refusal to accept the application in an arbitrary form.

A competition participant has the right to submit additional information regarding their education and professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from previous employers), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.

Knowledge and skills required for the Senior specialist: Organization of equipment maintenance and repair services; procedures for developing plans and schedules for equipment maintenance and repair; procedures for preparing requests for equipment, spare parts, tools, materials, and purchased components; fundamentals of economics, labor organization, and production organization; occupational health and safety rules and standards; procedures for concluding and executing contracts; regulatory and guiding materials on the organization of records management (office administration).

Qualification requirements: Higher (or incomplete higher) education in a relevant specialty.

Deadline for submission of documents: December 4, 2025, by 5:00 PM. The date and venue of the competition will be announced additionally.
