"Open talk": The tasks arising from the Message were discussed at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University

The Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University hosted a round table in the "Open talk" format to discuss the tasks arising from the Message of the Head of State K. K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan "A just state. One nation. A prosperous society."

The event was moderated by a member of the university Board – Vice Rector for Research and International Relations Maynur Buribayeva, noting that the Message is a new historical document that gives impetus to the development of our state.

Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Socio-Humanitarian Disciplines, Doctor of Philosophy Baymyrza Kozhamberliyev noted that big changes are taking place in society now.

– In Soviet times, our people practically lost their language, traditions, and national values. A lot has changed over the years of independence. Since this year, we have been expressing the idea of creating a "New Kazakhstan". At the same time, we must take into account that the most important thing is that we ourselves are forming a new Kazakhstan.

In the Message , the President said: "I propose to transfer 50% of the annual investment income of the National Fund until the children reach the age of 18 to their special savings accounts without the right to early withdrawal. The accumulated funds will be spent on housing or education of children after they reach adulthood."

It was a question we thought about a lot. Only countries rich in raw materials can do this. People are interested in foreign countries and the question arises: "Why can't we do something like this?". The message gives a clear answer to this question," said Baymyrza Kozhamberlievich.

Director of the Institute of Economics and Law, Candidate of Economic Sciences Nurlan Kulmurzayev spoke about the digital economy.

- The message did not contain the words blockchain, artificial intelligence, big data, concerning digitalization – But these technologies were in the solution of each issue, - said Nurlan Serikovich.

The speaker defined these concepts, explained how to use blockchain technologies, artificial intelligence, big data in the digitalization of the industry, solving the problems voiced in the Message.

At the end of the event, the participants exchanged views and expressed their ideas.
