REPRESENTATIVES OF KORKYT ATA UNIVERSITY PARTICIPATE IN AN INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR IN CHINA

From July 13 to 27, an international seminar titled "Seminar on Leadership Development for Employees of State-Owned Enterprises in SCO Countries" is being held in the Chinese city of Qingdao.

The educational program is aimed at developing the professional competencies of employees from state organizations and enterprises of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states, as well as expanding international experience exchange and strengthening interstate cooperation.

Representatives from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Nepal and Azerbaijan are taking part in the seminar. As part of the program, participants are exploring China's public administration system, the specifics of the country's socio-economic development, modern management methods for state-owned enterprises, and advanced models for building innovation ecosystems.

During the first days of the training, lectures were organized on topics such as "Introduction to China's National Conditions" and "Experience and Path of Technology Transfer, Industry-University-Research Integration in China's State-Owned Enterprises." Throughout the seminar, the PRC's national development model, effective mechanisms for technology transfer, and the experience of fostering interaction between the state, higher education institutions, and the industrial sector were examined in detail.

The international seminar not only contributes to enhancing the professional qualifications of the participants but also creates conditions for the exchange of experience among specialists from different countries, the establishment of new partnerships, and the development of international cooperation.
