Meeting of the Minister with students

  Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Darkhan Kydyrali met with students of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

  The event was attended by Deputy Akim of the region Nurymbet Saktaganov, Chairman of the Board – Rector of the University Beibitkul Karimova.

Meeting with future journalists, the Minister spoke about the importance of the information sphere, the requirements for journalists.

 - A knowledgeable and inquisitive journalist who delves into the topic is always in demand. Media representatives are a link between the government and the people. Currently, industry specialists often lack professionalism. The transformation of a journalist into a "Fourth Power" is not due to the fact that he is a master of words, but to his curiosity, knowledge of this area. Therefore, when journalists are studying for a master's degree, they can study and practice in a certain field, for example, in law, economics,"- Darkhan Kuandykovich noted.

  During the meeting, the students asked the Minister questions and made suggestions.

  Darkhan Kydyrali also got acquainted with the work of the scientific center "Shokaitanu" at the university.
