III place in the republican sports league

In the "Student Sports League" of the Republic of Kazakhstan among women's volleyball teams, the national team of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University took the III place.

The athletes of the university became the winners of the teams of universities of Turkestan, Taraz region and Shymkent and received permits for the republican final stage.

The decisive final competitions of the student sports league were held at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Kozh Ahmet Yasawi. It was attended by teams of 10 universities that passed the regional selection.

In the competition, the university team took the prize, defeating the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai with a score of 3:0.

In the League, student Ulpan Dayrabayeva was awarded in the nomination "Best striker".

The coach of the team is a senior lecturer of the Department of "Physical Culture" Serik Bakenov.

It is worth noting that the Republican sports league among women's volleyball teams has been held since 2020. Congratulations to our winning athletes!
