NJSC "Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University" announces a competition for the vacant position of head of the anti-corruption compliance service.

The Board of Directors of the NJSC "Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University", 120014, Kyzylorda city, 29A Aiteke Str, announces a competition for the vacant position of head of the anti-corruption compliance service of the non-profit joint stock company "Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University".

Acceptance of candidates' documents is carried out within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement of the competition.

Requirements for the participants of the competition:

A person with a higher (legal, humanitarian) education, with experience in senior positions (in law enforcement, special service bodies) in educational organizations or in the field of activity for at least 3 years is appointed to the position of head of the compliance service. 

The head of the compliance service should know: The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan: "On Education", "On Science", "On licensing", "On State youth policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On combating corruption", "On languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", International Standard ISO 37001:2016 "Anti-corruption management system", the Concept of anti-corruption policy of the Republic Kazakhstan for 2022-2026, the State Program of Education Development for 2020-2025, regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating educational activities, the procedure for concluding collective agreements and regulating social and labor relations; labor legislation, rules and norms of labor protection, safety and fire protection, the Company's policy and goals in the field of quality, anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest resolution policy and other internal regulatory documents on combating corruption.

The person applying for participation in the competition submits the following documents to the Corporate Secretary:

1) application;

2) a copy of the identity document of the participant of the competition;

3) resume;

4) copies of educational documents and their appendices;

5) a copy of the document confirming labor activity, certified by the personnel service at the place (current or last) of work;

6) certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record;

7) presentation of his vision for the future activities of the compliance service
