Forum among law industry workers in the region

As part of the celebration of the 85th anniversary of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, a forum was organized among representatives of law enforcement agencies. Within the framework of the forum, a sports contest in four sports, a scientific and innovative exhibition and a concert program of university artists were held. The grand opening of the event began in the regional universal scientific library named after A. Tazhibayev and ended in the sports and recreation complex "Seyhun". At the meeting, Vice-Rector for Social and Educational Work Zhandos Bazartai wished the participants good luck and focused on the achievements of the educational institution.

"The teaching staff of the university closely cooperates with institutions of the branch of law. Our students practice under the guidance of qualified specialists and improve their knowledge. The Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said that the main principle of the new Kazakhstan should be justice. Therefore, our joint work on training qualified and educated specialists in the field of responsibility will continue," Zhandos Nurtayevich said.

The purpose of the event is to promote and develop mass sports among the teaching staff and law enforcement officers. The participants competed in chess, football, tug of war, swimming and determined the winners. As a result, the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan took 3rd place, and the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University took 2nd place. And the Police Department of the Kyzylorda region became the winner of the Sports Contest. In the team championship, the winners and prize-winners of the competition were awarded a special cup and university diplomas. In addition, letters of thanks were awarded to employees who work together to train specialists in the field of law.
