Interim results: 169 thousand times passed the UNT

More than 169 thousand times have passed the test since the start of the main UNT. Of these, 74% of applicants passed in Kazakh, 26% – in Russian, less than 0.1% – in English.

Since the beginning of the UNT, more than 77% of applicants have scored a threshold score. As for the average score, it was 69 points. The maximum score is 137, it was scored by three applicants across the country.

- "The fourth week of the UNT has ended. Applicants actively take the second test attempt. This week we published a scale for converting international IELTS and TOEFL certificates into UNT scores in the subject "English". The scale of transfer of scores of standardized tests SAT, ACT, IB and A-Level was also approved. This will allow the holders of these certificates to convert the results into UNT points," said Ruslan Emelbayev, Director of the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

It should be noted that due to the creation of comfortable conditions for applicants with special educational needs, 486 applicants with CSEN took part in the UNT in four weeks.

To date, 229 applicants have lost the opportunity to take the test due to an attempt to carry smartphones, cheat sheets and other prohibited items. 175 people were removed from the audience for violating the rules during the testing itself, and their results were also canceled. No figureheads were identified.

It should be noted that after the completion of the UNT-2023, an analysis of video recordings will be carried out until October 31 of the calendar year. In case of detection of the facts of the use of prohibited items and violation of the rules, the results of the UNT of the applicant will be canceled.
