1248 applicants chose the Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University

According to the results of the competition for awarding state educational grants for the 2023-2024 academic year, 1248 applicants became holders of educational grants of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

Compared to last year, the number of grantees has increased by almost 300 people.

Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University was selected in 2020 – 529, in 2021-795, in 2022-949 applicants.

The annual increase in the number of students was facilitated by the renewal of the quality of education and the material and technical base at the university.

Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University entered the TOP 551-600 (570th place) of the best universities in Asia according to the QS rating, as well as the top 10 best universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This year, for the first time, the university rose to the world podium, entering the top 1200–1400 of the global rating according to the analysis of the international rating agency QS-2023.

Currently, the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University is working on the opening of the school of artificial Intelligence of the Seoul National University of Science and Technology in South Korea. The opening of the school is carried out within the framework of the project "Leading University for International Cooperation" (LUPIC).

The university employs 26 doctors of sciences, 193 candidates of sciences, 43 PhD doctors, 40 graduates of the international Bolashak program, 25 foreign teachers.
