Board of Directors of NAO" Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University" announces a competition for the vacant positions of head of the anti-corruption compliance service and compliance officer of NAO "Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University", 120014, Kyzylorda, 29A, Aiteke bi str.

Acceptance of candidate documents is carried out within 10 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement of this competition.

Requirements for competition participants:

Head of the compliance service is appointed to the position of a person who has a higher (legal, humanitarian) education, holds senior positions in educational organizations (law enforcement, special service bodies) or has at least 3 years of experience in the field of activity.

Head of the compliance service must know: the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", "On Science", "On Licensing", "On state youth policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On Combating Corruption", "On language in the Republic of Kazakhstan", International standard ISO 37001:2016 "On anti-corruption management system", State program for the development of education for 2020-2025, normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating educational activity, the procedure for concluding collective agreements and regulating social and labor relations; rules and norms of labor legislation, labor protection, safety and fire protection, policies and objectives of the company in the field of quality, anti-corruption management system, anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest resolution policy and other internal regulatory documents on combating corruption.

Persons who have a higher (legal, humanitarian) education and have at least 3 years of work experience in law enforcement or educational organizations are appointed to the position of Compliance Officer of the compliance service.

The compliance officer is to know: the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating corruption"," On education", "On permits and notifications", "On access to information", "On the procedure for considering appeals of individuals and legal entities", "On languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the international standard of laws ISO 37001: 2016"On anti-corruption management system ", normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating educational activity; knowledge of labor legislation, rules and norms of labor protection, in the field of quality of society; labor and civil legislation, anti-corruption management system, anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest resolution policy and other internal regulatory documents on combating corruption.

The person applying for participation in the competition submits the following documents to the Corporate Secretary::

1) application;

2) copy of the contestant's identity document;

3) resume;

4) copies of educational documents and appendices to them;

5) copy of the document confirming employment, certified by the HR department at the place of work (current or last) ;

6) certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record;

7) presentation of the compliance service (inclusion of comments on the ability to conduct work, presentation of views) (only for the head of the compliance service).
