Students study in Uzbekistan under the Academic Mobility program

Students of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University study in the Republic of Uzbekistan under the Academic Mobility program.

Since September 2023, 15 students have started studying at the National Research University "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers".

Students of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University will study in Uzbekistan for 1 semester in the educational programs "Water resources and water use", "Cadastre and land management".

– Our country depends on the resources of transboundary water sources. The rivers and canals of Eurasia are a common natural heritage designed to unite peoples and economies," President of Kazakhstan Kassym–Jomart Tokayev said in his Message to the people and added that it is always necessary to find understanding and mutually beneficial consensus with your neighbors and friends on this issue.

This Message is very important for all universities of the country. Currently, students are getting acquainted with the educational process and scientific achievements of the two countries in water management.

Dilyara Asanbek, a student, spoke about the differences and opportunities for studying abroad.

 "The Academic Mobility program made it possible to get acquainted with the education system of the two countries. Each university has its own specifics. During the classes, we got acquainted with the results of research by Uzbek scientists, valuable publications in the library. Every week we participate in practical work, study new methods. Scientific achievements are the common good of mankind. Thanks to the honing of experience in other countries, our interest in science will grow," said Dilyara Esbolovna.

It is worth noting that at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, students will study under the Academic Mobility, Double Diploma programs in the People's Republic of China, Poland, the Republic of Turkey, and the Republic of South Korea.
