«Мамандығым-болашағым»: university staff awarded certificates

A regional training seminar was held at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University within the framework of the Mamandygym-Bolashagym project.

Within the framework of the Mamandygym – Bolashagym project, the university staff underwent certification training in the methodology of foresight research in an intensive mode for 5 days.

During the presentation of the certificate, Vice-rector for Social and Educational Work of the University Zhandos Bazartai noted that in order to create a regional map of personnel needs, a foresight study will be conducted in the future.

At the end of the seminar, the university staff were awarded certificates "Analyst", "Moderator".

Currently, the Mamandygym – Bolashagym project is being implemented in 10 regions of the country. Pavlodar and Mangystau regions have completed the development of maps of regional personnel needs and promising professions for priority sectors of these regions. Professional diagnostics of students was also carried out, according to the results of which students determined their profile and opportunities for implementation in professional activities.
