The Rector of the university met with the students

Chairman of the Board-Rector of Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University Beibitkul Karimova met with students of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.

At the annual traditional meeting, 1st and 2nd year students received extensive information about academic education, research, and international relations and got acquainted with the work done.

During the event, Rector Beibitkul Karimova spoke about the achievements and news of the university for this year.

"The university has opened a Higher School of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science. As you know, the event was attended by the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek, Akim of the Kyzylorda region Nurlybek Nalibayev, representatives of the LUPIC project of the leading university for international cooperation. In addition, the educational institution is among the TOP 601-650 best universities in the QS Asia University Rankings-2024. According to the academic mobility program, in the first semester of the 2023-2024 academic year, 44 students study at universities in Hubei (China), Gangnam (South Korea), Lodz (Poland), Selchuk (Turkey), Tashkent (Uzbekistan)," Beibitkul Sarsemkhanovna said.

Also, the chairman of the Committee on Youth Affairs of the University Nurtleu Zhorabek informed students about student organizations and sports sections.

At the end of the meeting, the rector discussed the students' questions and suggestions and noted that the solution of the issues raised would be under control.
