2003-2006: Director of the College at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University.

June-November 2007: Deputy Chairman of the Nur Otan people's democratic party’s Kyzylorda regional branch.

2008-2013: Vice-Rector for educational work at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University.

2013-2015: Head of the Education Department of Kyzylorda region.

2015-2016: First Deputy Chairman of the Nur Otan party’s Kyzylorda regional branch.

2016-2019: Secretary of the Kyzylorda regional council.
