Crime laboratory

The forensic laboratory was created on the initiative of the first head of the Department of Law, Professor Mataev M.M. in 2000.

The study of forensic science requires lawyers to have sufficient knowledge of forensic tactics and technology. The knowledge gained gives the specialist a significant advantage in various fields of jurisprudence.

The purpose of the forensic laboratory is to train qualified specialists with not only extensive theoretical knowledge, but also developed practical competencies, which they will subsequently be able to effectively apply in their legal practice.

The tasks of the forensic laboratory:

- formation of practical skills of students working with technical and forensic means, application of forensic tactics;

- familiarization of students with the latest technical achievements of forensic science and forensic expertise;

- demonstration of the existing capabilities of modern forensic science and forensic expertise in order to develop interest among students, involve them in active research and practical activities in these disciplines;

- development of logical and analytical thinking, creative approach to solving non-standard problems.

The forensic laboratory is equipped with computer and special forensic equipment and software that allows you to work with various objects and types of traces, conduct classes in the disciplines "Criminalistics," "Forensic Expertise," "Methodology for Investigating Certain Types of Crimes," study the procedure for conducting various forensic examinations, get skills working at training grounds to inspect the scene. The latest technology allows you to expand the boundaries of the disciplines studied, conduct better classes and instill knowledge among students of various competencies.
