Courtroom

The courtroom is a specialized classroom where classes are held in certain sections of such disciplines as: "Civil Procedure Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan," "Criminal Procedure Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan," "Judicial Rhetoric," "Practice of Litigation."

The courtroom is equipped with the necessary furniture: the presidium of the court, the place of the prosecutor and the victim or plaintiff, the place of the defender or defendant, the place of the defendant, the place of the clerk of the court session, as well as the tribune for testifying by other participants in the proceedings and places for spectators or jury trials.

There are samples of judicial robes and uniforms of prosecutors and police officers, which students use to simulate educational processes in the courtroom.
