Meeting with Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Abenov

Murat Abenov, a member of the Amanat party faction in the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, got acquainted with the work of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University within the framework of his visit to the Syrdarya region.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Amanat party, the university staff and young startups.

During the meeting, the work of the Higher School of artificial intelligence and Computer Science, opened on the basis of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, as well as the Kyzylorda Hub Center, implemented projects and further plans were discussed.

Residents of the business incubator Aibek Orazbakov presented the projects "TechAI assistant teacher", "Online parking", Asylzhan Abdullayev "QazaqGPT", Abeken Aibek "Dark maze", Zhanarbek Bekarysov "Time Batyr", Zhumabek Temirlan and Yessenbek Bakdaulet "False information detector", Myrzabek Yerkebulan and Sadibekov Yerbol "AiDOS", created for the purpose of automating administrative work.

"During the planned visit to get acquainted with the innovations and changes in the land of Syr, I met with the staff and students of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University. Today, I am glad to see that there are more and more young people in Kyzylorda who open the way to positive changes, work not only on IT, but also manage and create a system," Murat Abenov said.

At the same time, the Chairman of the Board - Rector of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University Beibitkul Sarsamkhanovna noted that within the framework of the project it is planned not only to open A Higher School, but also to create a business incubator of the Seoul National University of Science and technology on the basis of Korkyt Ata University.

It should be noted that within the framework of the instruction of the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to train personnel in the field of artificial intelligence on the basis of three universities and to open research centers in this area, the Higher School of artificial intelligence and computer science was opened in November last year. The Higher School will train personnel in the field of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and computer science.

And in order to increase the interest of students in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, the development of IT projects, training and education in these areas, there is a business incubator of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University. In total, the center covered 139 residents and 7,600 young people, attracted more than 80 million tenge of investments.
