Zhandos Bazartai: The Head of State delivered the message to the people of Kazakhstan

The third session of the Parliament of the eighth convocation was held at a joint meeting of the chambers of Parliament with the participation of Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. At the meeting, the President delivered a message to the people of Kazakhstan.

Vice-rector for Social and Educational Work of Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University, Doctor of Business Administration Zhandos Bazartai took part in the joint meeting.
"At the held session, the head of state focused on the results of the work done. The adopted laws contribute to improving the welfare of the population and solving problematic issues. The current Message highlights issues related to the prospects for the political and socio-economic development of the country. I especially liked that special attention should be paid to working professions. I think this will improve the status of industry specialists and increase the interest of young people in working professions. In addition, it was instructed to dynamically develop a digitalization policy. In particular, artificial intelligence will be effectively used in all areas.

The first steps in this direction have already begun in our educational institution. Last year, on the direct instructions of the President, the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Informatics was opened jointly with the Seoul National University of Science and Technology. For the current academic year, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan has allocated 100 grants. I hope that now work in this direction will continue and our work on training qualified personnel will bear fruit," Zhandos Nurtayevich said.

The joint meeting was attended by 46 deputies of the Senate and 95 deputies of the Mazhilis. Heads of central government agencies, members of the National Kurultai, the Human Rights Commission, the National Commission on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy, representatives of the public and labor collectives were also invited to the meeting.
