At the meeting, Minister Sayasat Nurbek noted that the return to natural time (UTC+5) has a number of advantages in terms of physiological and biological development.
"Astronomical cycles define our lives. The more we adjust our agenda to natural biological rhythms, the better it becomes. Getting up early allows you not only to have time to do everything important in the morning, but also to leave more time for family and recreation," the minister said.

During the meeting, leading Kazakhstani scientists noted that the transition to a single time is a step into the future, where the health and well-being of citizens will become the main priorities. In the future, the results of the scientists' research will be published in scientific journals and presented on international platforms.
