Scientific cooperation between Korkyt Ata University and SeoulTech

The delegation of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University exchanged experiences at the Seoul National and Technological University of South Korea. The business trip is aimed at studying modern technologies in the field of artificial intelligence, gaining experience and strengthening scientific ties.

“In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, Kazakhstan is actively implementing the internationalization of higher education and the development of artificial intelligence. A dual degree program was launched in this direction between the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and SeoulTech University. This program allows students to study for the first two years at our university and the next two years at Seultech. In order to present this program to applicants, we got acquainted with the life of the Korean University, the lives of students, and Korean culture in general,” said Askhat Yeltayev, Deputy director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence.

According to Askhat Talgatovich, one of the biggest advantages of SeoulTech is the ability to bring together talented scientists working with modern innovative technologies. This experience will be an important example for the university. The industry expert also noted that learning Korean is of great importance for adapting to Korean society.

Seoul National University of Technology is one of the world's leading educational institutions. The educational institution is known for scientific research in the field of artificial intelligence, data processing, neural networks and machine learning. Korean scientists discussed the use of artificial intelligence in agriculture for university staff. During the internship, the members of the delegation mastered research and practical experience, gained useful knowledge for use in the scientific and practical work of the region.
