"Study in Кazakhstan" in Аzerbaijan

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan is organizing an exhibition under the "Study in Kazakhstan" brand on March 4-5 in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.

The event is attended by representatives of the delegation of Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University, headed by the Chairman of the Board-Rector Beibitkul Karimova. The head of the university met with Fuat Hajiyev, Rector of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports.

“We discussed the possibility of joint training of a new format of personnel and the creation of a double degree program in sports management and coaching,” Beibitkul Sarsemkhanovna said.

The Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports is one of the oldest higher educational institutions in the republic. Today, the Academy, together with European universities, teaches modular master's degree programs in sports journalism, sports management, sports medicine and rehabilitation in English.

During the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed: the result of the memorandum will be a new double degree program, an academic mobility program for students, and an internship for teaching staff.
