A women's sports tournament was held
Korkyt ata Kyzylorda University hosted sports competitions among the teaching staff and employees dedicated to International Women's Day on March 8.
6 teams participated in the volleyball and darts tournament. Ladies promoted a healthy lifestyle, strengthening cooperation and friendship in the team.
Volleyball and darts competitions were held as part of the tournament. In volleyball competitions, the Rector's team showed the best game and took the 1st place. The Institute of Natural Sciences took the 2nd place, and the Institute of Economics and Law – the 3rd place.
In the darts competition, the Institute of Economics and Law won the 1st place, the Institute of Natural Sciences – 2nd place, and the Institute of Engineering and Technology - 3rd place.
Vice Rector for Social and Educational Work Zhandos Bazartai delivered a welcoming speech at the award ceremony, emphasizing the important role of women in society, in the field of education and science. He thanked the participants of the competition, presented the winners with special awards and cash prizes.
