«Law and Order» Principle: Students Met with law enforcement representatives

On October 28th, 2025, in the conference hall of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University there was held a meeting with representatives of law enforcement agencies. The purpose of the meeting was to widely promote the «Law and Order» principle, presented by the Head of State.

The meeting was attended by: Honorary veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Candidate of legal sciences, Colonel Ganibek Otarbayev; Investigator for particularly important cases of the Department of economic investigations for Kyzylorda region, Major of the Economic investigation service Maira Oralbayeva; and Deputy head of the Kyzylorda city police department, police major Arslan Stamkulov.

During the event, the specialists held an explanatory session with the youth on pressing social issues such as financial literacy, «droppership» (a form of financial fraud), internet fraud, and ludomania (gambling addiction). They also emphasized that adherence to legislation and the personal responsibility of every citizen are key aspects.

Alongside with this, at this meeting students had the opportunity to ask law enforcement representatives questions that concerned them and received useful recommendations for fostering the legal culture of future specialists. The main goal of the event is to enhance legal literacy, instill a respectful attitude towards the law, and call upon the youth to adhere to the principle of zero tolerance for offenses.
