Discussion and popularization of the «Law and order» concept

The scientific and practical conference was dedicated to promoting the ideology of «Law and Order» and was organized as part of a campaign in order to advance it.

The objective of the event was to discuss current issues in criminal and constitutional law, as well as to ensure the rule of law.

The conference was attended by the Regional Prosecutor Rizabek Orazharov, Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University Beibitkul Karimova, Doctor of Law, Professor Marat Kogamov, Doctor of Law Nikolay Turetsky, Rector of the «Bolashak» University Gulzhan Sinasapova, as well as the faculty and students of the «Jurisprudence» educational program.

During the event, criminal law reforms, innovations in the law enforcement system, international experience in ensuring the rule of law, and mechanisms for enhancing legal culture were comprehensively discussed. Speakers presented their scientific proposals for the further improvement of the Kazakh legal system.

Prosecutor Rizabek Orazharov, in his speech, focused on the role of the «Law and Order» ideology in ensuring stability and security in society, and also outlined priority areas of legal policy. Scholars presented current research and analytical reviews concerning criminal law, constitutional law, philosophy of law, and the effectiveness of legal reforms.

At the end of the meeting, students and young researchers asked questions that interested them and exchanged opinions with experienced lawyers.
