The inspiring psychological training course «Recognise yourself» has been successfully completed

The Psychological support center of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University organized a training session themed «Recognise yourself» for students residing in the «Dimash» university dormitory.

The main objective of the event was to provide students with an opportunity for self-discovery, personal development, and the unlocking of their inner potential.

During the training, participants were offered various psychological exercises using projective techniques. This method was aimed at the imaginative reflection of students' inner worlds, the free expression of their thoughts and the understanding of their own feelings.

According to specialists from the Center, such exercises contribute to increasing the emotional resilience of young people and strengthening their self-confidence.

At the conclusion of the event, students shared their impressions, noting that the training was interesting and useful.
