Anti-corruption culture – the foundation of a new Kazakhstan

An educational meeting titled «Anti-Corruption Culture – the foundation of a new Kazakhstan» was held at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University. The event aimed to enhance the legal literacy of young people and prevent corruption.

The meeting was moderated by the university's compliance officer, Alibek Zhappasbayev. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the importance of increasing legal awareness among youth and strengthening an anti-corruption culture.

The meeting was attended by Miramkul Bibitova, Deputy Head of the Agency Department of KR for Civil Service Affairs in Kyzylorda region, along with agency staff and students.

Participants were provided with detailed information on the importance of forming an anti-corruption culture and methods for preventing manifestations of bribery in society.

New changes being introduced to the civil service employment procedure were also discussed.

In her speech, Miramkul Bibitova highlighted the negative impact of corruption on societal development and urged young people to adhere to the values of honesty and justice.

At the end of the event, students asked specialists their questions of interest and received comprehensive information about innovations in the civil service sector and measures to combat corruption.
